Great whole grain blueberry pancakes. I'm not a pancake eater but these are to die for. Great flavor with chewy nuts and grains and fresh blueberries busting in your mouth. Possibly the best pancakes on the planet. Everything else is prefab--heat and eat. Eggs are not in the shell, they come prescrambled in a carton. Meh. Our server was nice though Place is really old and rundown and definitely DESPERATELY in need of refurbishing and serious CLEANING. It's an old, tired IHOP and it shows. Without the pancakes and the nice server, this would have been a one-star review.

How in the hell is this place still open? I've never had service nearly as horrible as this. I've been there three times and always left before receiving my food. Once I left before I even had anyone check my table.

New Years Eve Night. Picture my night ahead by going to a IHOP at 8:00 P.M. at night. "It would be a depressing night indeed" In a sad, sad night of apparent loneliness and absolutely nothing to do, I love to go to IHOP. My sister was out of town for a funeral, and I just moved here a month ago but school has not started yet, so I really do not have any friends quite yet. One might see my situation right now. It is just the ambiance of the 24/7 diners that gets me. It is an obsession. Strange, right? When I first walked in, it was a relatively quiet night, but I did not get seated for like 5 min. Whatever, I understand that the waitresses are pretty busy, so I give them that. I finally get seated by a really really nice waitress! Relate-able, you know? For the drink, I got an iced mocha. I literally drank 5 of those things..... Sooooo addictive. For the meal, I got the only pasta dish on the menu, mediocre at best, then the heavenly and perfect short stack pancakes. I could go alllllllll day about those delicious pancakes. You know the middle of the pancakes with the margarine in the middle makes you almost pass out. "Come to Jesus Moment". I am so strange... But those pancakes are probably the best thing ever. I stayed there for about an hour and a half, swiping away on my phone. What else was there to do on New Years Eve by yourself? IHOP just made those feelings that I so desperately love come to life. I love the International House of Pancakes.

"House of pancakes, really?" I highly recommend going somewhere else for breakfast or brunch. How are they still standing? Well, I understand that people crave breakfast for dinner or for a late night munch. So, if you are desperate for breakfast, I understand, but I urge you to search for "breakfast" or "brunch" elsewhere, when you are planning to have it during the times other places offer it. The pancakes are blah and so are the crepes and no need for me to go into it any further. There is really is no flair about about this place. The only allure? Yes, they are open 24 hours and ummmm, that's it for me! Beware, if you order anything but breakfast, like chicken... it might come out raw. No pride, I tell you, NONE! IHOP was fabulous about 20 years ago, but have just gone downhill.

I was given the wrong pancakes but didn't send them back because I didn't want to make a big deal about it. Then I found hair in the pancakes and on the bacon. I was grossed out and wanted to leave so I got the check for the two of us and expected the meal to be removed but the hostess said we still had to pay for it.

Worse place ever. Like to engage in risky behavior & possibly get in the middle of a fight, and/or be attacked... This is your place. Service is horrible, even though they try to make up for lack of attention by being overly sweet. Food just isn't good enough to be worth the scare factor.

I have never had such bad service in my life. We sat for 15 minutes before I had to ask someone to wait on us. Our waitress was so rude. Her fucking hampster must have just died. There's no way a person could be so rude, let alone to paying customers! We were terrified to piss her off even more by asking for refills. I seriously thought she was going to replace our food with shit. She was that evil. "Do you know what you want yet" is not usually how I have my order taken. Forget the lemon with my water like I asked. Forget the syrup for the pancakes. My meal came with a side salad. When it didn't come, the bitch argued with me about it. Look at the menu to confirm before telling me I'm wrong, or better yet, know the menu! Slamming plates and just walking away was her specialty. We were in line to pay and she ran up to us and rudely asked if we were paying with credit cards because she didn't see any cash tip on the table. The nerve of some people. It's decent food for a breakfast chain restaurant though. I had the glazed chicken with broccoli and my coworker had a ham and cheese omelette. No complaints on the food, but average at best.

We ended up walking over from Chili's To Go where they ignored our party of seven. Carissa at IHop was an amazing server. She promptly sat us, asked for our beverage orders, then returned for our food order. I ordered a cheese burger and french fries which were good. I was most impressed by Carissa's service. When I am in the area I will be back again :)

Each and every time that I have done a to go order for this place I have issues. On numerous occasions I have had to wait 45 to an hour to get my order after calling ahead of time! The most recent time that I've been there, I tried calling in at an earlier time in hopes that the service would be better. The lady that took my order told me that it would be ready in ten minutes. When I got there, they told me that they had not received my order. I verified that I had called the correct number for their location, and the number was correct. It is hard to believe that their service can be so bad. The first time I went there I thought it was a fluke, but after one issue after the next I cannot say that anymore. The food is OK, but the service is terrible.

I didn't have my hopes high considering that this is IHOP, but I've definitely experienced better at other IHOPs. The service is the problem at this location. Today, our server was robotic at best and just did not have a good attitude. At one point, she *slammed* a carafe of water down on the table. I appreciated that we would be able to refill our glasses whenever we wanted, but it wasn't something we'd requested and definitely seemed to have been delivered more from her desire to make as few trips as possible. (We hadn't even needed a refill yet, so it wasn't like we were running her ragged.) Maybe the slam was an accident, but she definitely didn't apologize for it. This isn't the first time I've experienced service of this caliber at this IHOP, and I'm sure, if I return, it will not be the last. I will say, though, that my order was correct, and the food was what one would expect at an IHOP. I wish my bacon would've been cooked a little longer, but otherwise, everything was fine. I find that the one on Siegen tends to have consistently better service and is quieter, and I will probably try to go there for future IHOP trips.

My roommate and I generally go to IHOP when we are in the mood for what we call "sad food." Sad food is what you eat when it is late and you are bored and kind of hungry and this turns out to be your choice for entertainment. So, just as no one goes to IHOP expecting a truly fine dining experience, I must say that I have always enjoyed the service when we have gone. We actually have a waitress that recognizes us when we go in (we haven't figured out if she is that awesome, or we are just "those" guys). Anyway, I typically get a carb-tastic breakfast item. Mostly with pancakes and hashbrowns and eggs. I always walk away feeling that I have accomplished the goal of eating something breakfast-y without spending too much money. Overall, I would suggest steering clear on Fridays or Saturdays, but going pretty much any other time.

After going to this IHOP, my new rule is never go to IHOP during the day. The service, surprisingly, is far superior in the wee hours of the morning. IHOP must put its worst server's on the day shift. Save your pancake-eating for 3am!

Stop at the restaurant as we traveled to Disney world. It took 20 min just for then to ask what we wanted to drink. It took another 20 mins to get food once we ordered. The food was poorly cooked. There was only one waitress waiting on about ten tables. Please don't go to this restaurant.

Listen--I don't have high standards for IHOP, but this particular location takes the (pan)cake for awful service. Well, ok, not entirely...let's back up for a second. Some coworkers and I decided we would grab a bite to eat here. We had just finished working out and it was pretty late, so this was one of our only non-fast food options. Fine, we figured, how bad can it be? Famous last words, my friends. We were seated promptly but I couldn't shake the feeling that everyone else in the city knew something we didn't--there was no one at this place and it was only 9:00 PM. No big deal...we ordered our drinks and proceeded to check out the menu. I started looking at the omelettes because I needed some more protein and decided to go with a modified Denver Omelette. It's what I usually get anyway. My friends got some eggs, pancakes, and soup. Pretty easy, right? Alex, our server, was attentive, but we waited for a good 35 minutes to get our food. She was clearly frustrated with the chef, who had recently been hired. I asked several times for our food only to get the reply, "she's still making it." When we *did* get our meal, two of the three items were lukewarm. The only thing that was hot was the soup...go figure. I asked to speak with the manager, who, according to our server, had recently left without any indication of when he or she would be back. Is this even allowed? Finally, when the manager did show up, I gave him an earful and he promptly removed (the wrong) items from our receipt. We ended up paying $12 for the three meals and left a generous tip for the server...poor girl. I've been to a lot of bad restaurants, but this one was almost laughable. Its only saving grace was our attentive server; were it not for her, I would've walked out without paying a dime. Verdict: stay away
